Welcome to IDHA!  I originally started this blog back in 2006 when Tim Walz was running in the first congressional district race (MN-01).  He was an active participant on WSU’s campus, gaining strong student support.  I felt the need to blog about him as his incument, Gil Gutknecht, voted against student interests on a number of fronts.  Students at WSU needed to voice their concerns and endorse a candidate that would represent them properly.  IDHA!, through a wave of blogger support, gained popularity as a unique perpsective of politics from students.  Our claim to fame was a picture of three IDHA! bloggers with Mark Kennedy during a protest. 

A year later, IDHA! still writes about a large number of student issues.  As some of the writers have graduated, we have moved on to write about different political topics depending on the writers interest.  More about each of the blogger’s are below:
