The man nudged a couple people, the bicyclist was obnoxious and pushed gracefully onto his feet, and the police officer protected both parties - firstly, getting the "bicyclist out "harms" way to create a buffer zone, and doubling back to quell the crowd from following him. I watched those videos and saw none of what has been reported.
