But considering Franken's writing headlines, an endorsement from Tipper Gore may have been more helpful. (Remember Tipper She was a founding member of the Parents Music Resource Center (PMRC) which opposed "porn rock". Or at least from another VP's wife ... Lynne Cheney whose book, "Sisters", a salacious “historical romance” written in 1981 which contains passages with prostitution, rape and lesbian lust.
