The "More from Local Politics" is an include, I believe. Automated. And it obviously has a lot of old news in it.

Also, look at your browser's title bar. It says "local politics." The document would have read "Politically Connected" there.

What you've actually entered is this address:

Which is not the address of Politically Connected. That address is:

http://www.startribune.com/politics/

Looks like the Strib created a dummy page and let it go to their public server, and Google crawled it because they'll list both in their search results.</description>
